1. Use of the App Nomi Nail is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission.
2. In-App Purchases Nomi Nail offers consumable generation packs and an auto-renewable subscription (Nomi Nail Pro). Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
3. AI-Generated Content Images generated by Nomi Nail are created by AI. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability of generated content.
4. Intellectual Property All app content, design, and branding belong to Nomi Nail. Generated images are for personal use only.
5. Limitation of Liability Nomi Nail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
6. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
